Taxes
The New Yankee Workshop has offices in Massachusetts, and also fulfills orders via facilities in Vermont. Therefore, any MA residents receiving items must be charged MA sales tax of 6.25%. Orders shipping from our VT facility will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders sourcing from our Vermont facility.

Returns
You may return product for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date of the order in their unopened original packaging. Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Some items, such as sale or clearance items cannot be returned. All return items must include a copy of the sales slip and your return address. Return items on your own (you pay postage) to:

All orders received after 1:00pm EST will ship the next business day, and for orders with overnight shipping, ordered before 1:00pm EST will arrive the next BUSINESS day. No Saturday Delivery.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via Standard Delivery.

Shipping & Handling to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - add $3.00 to all rates.

Shipping & Handling to U.S. Territories - add $3.00 to Standard rate. Add $11.00 to Express rate. Overnight not available.

Shipping & Handling to Canada, U.K., Spain, Barbados, and Australia - add $3.00 to Standard Rate. Express and overnight not available. Additional shipping costs for heavier tools may be required.
